Shabab Balad is a partnership steered by young people, who viscerally understand the challenges they face and have the ambitions to come up with the most relevant solutions. Shabab Balad wishes to capitalize on the prodigious potential of local youth. The essential objective of Shabab Balad is to supply youth with sufficient opportunities to enrich their non-academic skills and shed light on the magnitude of continuous education for youth. Improving access to education allows the cultivation of a skillful market of youth who are considered to be an investment for the future. There is a gap between the labor market needs and the available skills among the youth in Egypt. Shabab Balad helps young people in Egypt to get required education, skills and training to prepare them for the labor market to have decent job opportunities.
